Refund and Return Policy
Refund Policy
At Bed Palace Kenya, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 2-day refund or exchange policy. Please note that refund and return requests must be made on the same day of delivery. We encourage you to carefully inspect the item before clearing your balance and signing the delivery note sheet.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
A 3000 KES Refund Processing Fee will be charged if the item is in the manufacturing process and you wish to cancel for a refund. Additionally, please note that the item must be sold first if it was already being processed for you.
Return Process
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your item directly back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request, including approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@bedpalacekenya.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at sales@bedpalacekenya.com and return the item to one of our branches.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver to deliver to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, please mail it to one of our branches. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. For more expensive returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
